Delivery of two shirts and two trousers of poor quality against rupees-1620, products are not fit for use totally

On 10-07, the owner of above mentioned tailoring shop entered into a contract with the complainant that he will deliver two shirts and two trousers of good quality against the payment of Rs. 1620/- on 20.7.2011 vide his printed bill no 917 dated 10.7.2011.The owner of above mentioned tailoring shop selected 04 pieces of clothes, calculated the value of cloth and stitching charges in total Rs. 1620/-.After 20.7.11 the complainant took delivery of 04 pieces of stitched clothes after handing over the above said bill no.917 to the owner of above mentioned tailoring shop. To make those 04 clothes fit for use by the complainant those were washed in plain water and after washing it was observed that clothes supplied by the owner of the above mentioned tailoring shop were of so poorest quality that the complainant could not use those stitched clothes and hence those were beyond use.

Complainant lodged a complaint verbally with, the owner of above mentioned tailoring shop in this regard immediately but he turned a deaf ear to such complaint and just denied. In this way the complainant has suffered a loss of Rs.1620/- in total.
