Delay in refund

My name is Ronak Shetty. I had placed an order with www.timtara.com. My order number is 10350558. The order was placed on the 6th of November and I should have received the order within 20 days. However when I did not receive the order for over a month I cancelled the order on the 6th of December. I was assured that the order will be cancelled within 48 hours and my money will be refunded in 7 days. However, when I called up on 11th December, I was informed that the order was not cancelled and it will take another 48 hours to cancel the order and another 7 days for the refund.

Today again when I called up to confirm the cancellation of the order, I am told that the order is still not cancelled and it would take another 14 days for me to get my refund.

I have already made the payment of Rs. 2490/- for the product on my credit card for which I am also paying interest now. Transaction id is 10153763

Requesting you to kindly help me with the same.
