SIR,

This is with reference to drive given for repair at your mumbai office. I personally (by hand) drive given to your service centre on 19.10.10, with continuos follow up on phone i was able to get the information that drive has been repaired.

Sir i am continuously following the matter with your customer service person but not able to get any proper reply...

I send the way bill of form dated ..30/10/10..and demand draft for repair charges on dated...

but still no one is sending back by repair drive back.

Every Day i Call to customer service centre there is no proper repsone to that.

Please Look into the matter and send the material and take some important steps to improve services
