Despite all of stories and stories and stories...

Pros:

-- They give you a platform to work with clients, though it screws up in mid of project because people

some time abscond.

-- There is no process, so you are on your own

-- Project Management processes are many when you talk to them

-- Opportunity to change and learn in struggling atmosphere are many...

-- Offer says Medical insurance cowered but its reimbursement, when u get i dont know

Cons:

--No medical coverage given, it will be on your offer but they turn eyes when u are in UAE

--If no project no concept of Bench, they throw you out of company

-- What works is a process

-- Implementation time lines are decided after influence of opium

-- They hire based on your aspiration, you at 2 yrs experience also can become a lead consultant, solution

architect

--They give lot of commitment when they need to hire, but when they dont need you they give absurd reasons

to fire

-- Employees have been beaten by the management in UAE, but lot of hushhhhhh on it (I was shocked to

hear)

-- Its a Body Shopping Company, most of projects have which they got had big time issues.

-- If you are experienced then dont screw up
