I had bought the above netbook on december 19 and I have had two problems in these 8 months. If this is the quality of your netbook in 1st year of warranty per;iod, I shudder to think how much problem will come after 1year and how much you'll charge me for this inferior product to run effectively.

First problem was of charging component and now there is keboard problem. In regards to the keyboard problem, on 23rd August ie yesterday, I met Mr. Vaibhav in your Mumbai service centre, he communicated that he'll be order;;ing the keyboard and as and when it will come, he'll inform me. He was non committal about (TAT) turn around time as to when the keyboard will reach him and solve my problem.
