Unsubscribe for games on demand

I am a student residing in Surat.last month i received a call from BSNL telling me to subscribe to games on demand and that it was free. but i have never visited that site nor is it of use to me.i tried to call the number they have given to unsubscribe but, that number is not answered . this month i have got a bill of rs 400 for the games that i have never played..so kindly help me in this regard.. BSNL is cheating us by forcibly thrusting upon us the games we don't want and not allowing us to unsubscribe.my telephone no is 0261-2764816
