I wish to bring the following for your kind consideration and perusal.

Presently, there are many gas agencies in East Godavari and other districts. The process for booking a gas cylinder is totally manual and it takes a lot of time and man hours. The consumers are facing many problems in this process and some times, the numbers are getting shuffled and the consumers are to travel a long way to reach the agencies. And the other problem is people having more than 2 cylinders are not traced and those cylinders are misused.

To overcome all the above problems, I intend to introduce a system where all the problems can be over viewed and all the wrong connections can be traced easily. In this process, all the consumers are advised to book their cylinders online through a particular software specially designed for the said purpose. Any double entries can be traced and the consumers can be asked to return the extra cylinders.

This system works 24 hours through a toll free phone number and the bookings can be fed in to the software and the cylinders can be delivered as per the serial number.

In view of the above, I request you to look in to the feasibilities of implementation of the said system along with software & hardware at minimum cost and the required demonstration of working of software can be given at your convenient.
