Windows not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a compaq Laptop model - Presario CQ42 before 1 months back. I want to get the recovery CD for this model. The dealer from ware i purchased they dindt given windows CD.Now after 1 month when i open it "This Copy Of windows is not Genuine Buy It"this comment is written on it, so tell me what to do.

May i know the address of Compaq service centres in lucknow.so that i can go directly over there and show my laptop.
