Compaq presario CQ61

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a compaq presario CQ61 on 25/12/09, my serial no. being CNF9379ZNM, product no. VV284PA#ACJ and redemption code A1655QPQM5. i was interested in availing the offer of an LCD Videocon television for 7999. purchase was made at Croma Koramangla Trent, H M Vibha Towers, Koramangla, Bangalore-34. i was told that i have to register within 15 days. but when i visited the webpage yesterday i.e 5/01/10, i was shocked to find that the last day to register was 4/01/10.

i hope you will help me to get the offer as it all happened due to negligence on part of CROMA.
