Initially when we contacted hp customer services they said an engineer will visit our house..engineer came and said there is a problem with conversion board then the very next day he came to change it then he said there is a problem with power board next day he came to change it then he said there is a problem with conversion board.its been more than 15 days the issue is stil not resolved.
