Non receipt of extended warranty certificate

Hi

Am jaidev angral n have Compaq presario V 3000 S/N 2CE7130WRC P/N RY294PA#ACJ

i have been contacted by RT Outsourcing Services Ltd

D-1/3, Okhla, Ind. Area Phase-II, New Delhi-110 020 for extended warranty. i gave them my credit card n payment of rs 6000 for extended warranty of 3 years.on 6th Aug i got conformation that they have received the said amount and i was told that i will be getting the certificate in 7 to 10 working days but so far

i have received nothing n am still waiting for that also for the better understanding of the said plz go through the received mail. i tried to call Hp service center but am not getting any response for the same.
