DEAR SIR,

I had purchased a COMPAQ PRESASRIIO SG 3630ILN PC on 27/02 and availed the COMPAQ PRESASRIIO NOW OR NEVER OFFER for Rs. 999. But till date I have not get the HP All in one Printer (F4288). My Redemption Code No is L4HS2438KH, I got the UPS on 20/07 vide docket no 95902, but no informatiion aboout the printer is received.

The DD No for Rs 999.00 was 911063

The serial no is INA90605K1 and the product no is NC641AA

Kindly inform me about the above matter.
