Comp Solution, Mulund
No proper after sales service

Dear Sir,

Had purchased a desktop computer on 4th May from Comp Solution, Mulund, we had some problem with the CPU sometime in June and the person from Comp Solution came over on 20.6.12 and solved the problem. Now on 14.7.12 again the CPU is giving a problem, it is not starting, we contacted Comp Solution but they are not willing to send their mechanic. They want us to sign a service contract with them and then they will send their mechanic. The computer is under warranty and it is just 2 months since we purchased it and Comp Solution should see that the PC is put in working condition or replace the CPU, since it is giving us a lot of problems.
