No Backup

I Bought Microtek 600 VA UPS 4th Nov (Two Months And Just One Day Before). With My New System. My System Configuration Is (Dual Core 2.6, DDR 2 Ram 1 GB, 500 HD, DVD Rw, No Speaker, 17" Benq LCD) I Use Only Two Plugs Of UPS Not Three. First I Charged UPS According To Sticker On It For 10 Hours For First Time. In Between I Didn't Use It. First It Gave Me 30 Minutes Backup. After Some Days It's Backup Time Is Going Down. Today It Has Only 10-20 Sec Backup Time. I Charged On Other Points Also Of The House And Another House Also. Today I Am Not In Situation That I Send My UPS To Company For 10-30 Days For Sorting The Problem. Please Tell Me The Nearest Service Center Which I Can Check The UPS. I Purchased It That It Will Be Very Good But Its Not. Please Help Me. My Contact Is 95016-37220, I Live In Bathinda. If There Is Any Service Center In Bathinda Please Give Me The Address.
