16GB Spy Pen Video Camera
User's Manual Book not received

I Ramesh Solanki have purchased one 16GB Spy Pen Video Camera from Naaptol. I had booked the order for the same via telecommunication. My order no. is 101053 in my own name as R.G.Solanki. The product was received by me on 9th December.

On opening the package i found that the user's manual was not there. So with reference to that i made a complain for the same and my complain no.is 14618 dated 12th December. Even after that i have contacted the customer care services several times but still now i haven't received the user's manual book. The last time i contacted the customer care services was on 4th January.

As a customer i am feeling like being cheated time and time again because the customer care people had promise me that they will provide me the user's manual book in a span of two days. But still now i have not received the user's manual book.

Kindly look into the matter as earlier as possible.
