Creative/ Ipod- MOVO-T200
The Screen is not working properly

Respected Sir,

I have bought an CREATIVE-IPOD on 2nd july from "Gulati Radio & Electronics" SCO 94-95, SECTOR 17-C Chandigarh. Recently i found that the screen of the product is half working and this causes some problem in using the IPOD. The same i told to the dealer and he have suggested me to send the product to the compony in Delhi. Than i sent the product to Delhi and after talking to them on phone they told me that there is no gaurantee for the screen.

I hope that you will understand my problem and reply me personally as soon as possible.
