Asking money

Hi, i attend the interview in cygent informatics in chennai, The company placed in raja bother st T.nagar, after i got selected they ask money (rs 10, 000), he also added that there is no salary for 3months training, and also if my perfomance is upto the mark then only he allow me to work in that company.. can you please tell me whether it's worth joining to that company...
