Faulty Product delivered and product within warranty and still no service provided or replaced

Hi,
My name is keshav,
I want to make a complaint against the Datawind company for delivering me a faulty product The government backed AAKASH Tablet (Ubislate 7).
The said product was delivered to be on 10 February and from day 1 it has not been functional. I had made multiple attempts to contact the customer support number and also send couple of emails to support@datawind.com. I haven't received any email response nor have received any phone call.
The customer support number - 01832580177 or 01832581330 9am – 9:00pm are of no use as they are always busy.
I have gone through a lot of trauma for almost a month now, i am not sure if they are going to help me in any ways even though the product is within warranty, i am unable to find a service center in Bangalore to get this fixed.
This forum is my last hope to look into this issue.
