Flikring of screen, speaker, mouse pad

I hav got it from US.my service tag no is.7R9J8M1, i Didnt receive CD's also. I have been complaing for Flikring on screen twice replaced, speaker has been changed twice, now mouse pad not working, problem for which I have there is no response from Dell.i asked them 2 change my laptop as it is been opened 4 times, i hav still not worked on it more than 15hhrs..My product warranty is also expiring in May. Please help me out. Complaint No. of Dell are
