Complain related to laptop

I have laptop of dell 1564, n- series..which contain problem of heating..when u play game or open somewhat high application..It cause an interrupt in our work..It shows blue screen and generate burst of sound ..you have to forcely shut down laptop..I have bought this laptop from dell care solution, ahmedabad..when i knew about this fault ihad issued my laptop to dell care center, ahmedabad..they told me to format whole laptop..I have done format but still it contains same problem...
