DELL
Defected laptop delievered and no response to my complaint registerd

I bought a new laptop 15 days ago online.on delivery i found it to be defected.(gap between LCD &LCD bezel), i submitted my complaint 10 days ago regarding replacement of the LCD and LCD bezel .dell said that it would be replaced within 48 hrs & there is no response from dell side till now. He said me it would be replaced by 48 hrs and now when i email him regarding non replacement till now he is avoiding me.when i make a phone call they say that we are transefering you to technical departmant &there nobody recieves my phonecall. PLEASE HELP ME OUT FROM THIS!
