I bought a new laptop 15 days ago online.on delivery i found it to be defected.(gap between LCD &LCD bezel), i submitted my complaint 10 days ago regarding replacement of the LCD and LCD bezel .dell said that it would be replaced within 48 hrs & there is no response from dell side till now.
