i bini mathews, i have purchased a new dell inspiron 5010 laptop 3 months ago nd after 10 days it started making problems. firstly its hard disk got corrupted them its mouse pad stop working then some chipset problem ..in 3 moths it has gone to service centre more than 5 time for something or the other... i requsted replacement nd submitted all the letter nd documents on 29 sep to ur company but still no one came from ur side ..service tag num GLN56BS
