Extreme delay in replacement of laptop

Dear sir

i bini mathews, i have purchased a new dell inspiron 5010 laptop 3 months ago nd after 10 days it started making problems. firstly its hard disk got corrupted them its mouse pad stop working then some chipset problem 3 moths it has gone to service centre more than 5 time for something or the other ....i requsted replacement nd submitted all the letter nd documents on 29 sep to ur company but still no one came from ur side ..service tag num GLN56BS
