Product not delivered

Hi,

I had booked a laptop with Dell India Pvt ltd & they charged the amount of Rs 51827/on to my credit card and the aproval No is 811069.

Inspite of repated follow ups they have not at delivered the laptop and everytime they are giving new excuses. Now the money has also been debited from my credit card account and they are calling me back and asking me for several details like my credit card no expiry date etc.

they are just harasing me without delivering the product to my address and they does not even have the courtousy to exp[lain me why they are taking so much time.
