Unknown status of despatch part and no service is provided

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Mayuresh and i want to lodge a complaint against DELL India pvt ltd which is a computer Manufacturing company which manufactures Dekstops, Laptops. I have taken vostro 1015 laptop and they were suppose to send an enggineer and motherboard as laptop is not working. BUt they are not giving me the status of the same and i have mailed and contacted several times.

I request you to please take a following action if possible as they are not providing proper service, no parts and no engineer for service, i used to think that being a professional and biggest giant in computers they would give proper service, but unfortunately they are worst in all the scenarios.
