Dell is 100% cheater, My Ser Teg No 769VSL1 if you buy new system after if you found some manufactureing deffect .then they send replacement part for your system that is refurbis part (they said Repair & pass by our QC) it was also diffective, after 10 to 15 days Dell Engineer chake the system & he found part recived from Dell is Deffictive & also some of part is not match with the syatem (so it was differant from new so it canot fit to the system) the Dell Engi. give request to Dell to replace the system because it can not be repairable, then we call to Custtomer Care & give the request on 06/09 & CC Exucative give the request NO for the same, when i call to on17/09, they said that they had recived request on 15/09 they are westing time, Till date 05/10 they had not given replacement,

It's true that we are so badly harrassed by the DEL Staff and there utter calousness and casual attitude towards quality and no regard for the customer that it has really made us helpless
