Not work properly. ERROR show is 'THIS DEVICE IS PROTECTED'

I bought a USB 2.0 CARD READER, last month but it doesn't work properly when i am using the card reader to to save such data in micro sd memory card, it shows an error that 'THIS DEVICE IS PROTECTED'. Please help me.
