POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INDISCIPLINED WAY OF TALKING BY EMPLOYEE, GIVING FAKE INFORMATION

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I have ordered for INSPIRON 14R dell laptop and all further procedure have been fulfilled, my delivery date was on 29 September but today is 8th October and i have received my laptop and on asking about delay then no body is specifying any thing and just baffling me by giving fake contentment and information. Also no positive assistance has been shown by ISHA ARORA (Inside Sales Senior Account Manager) from Gurgaon neither customer care is trying to assist me they are just baffling me. Isha had concern till i was to pay money for my laptop, after that she is lost somewhere. Well i would like to complain also about MR.Sharif, who just abused me by saying that "he don't have to do business with me" earlier my purchasing laptop, he is from Bangalore branch and his phone no. is 09886054724. So please try to take some action against them positively and i had complained earlier too but no response has been shown to me, next time i may have to look for other option
