Price overcharged as mentioned on box Rs.36000

I have purchased dell inspiron 1464 black ci3@2.13/4g/500/w7b model no.9L2L5BS. I Have been charged on bill no.pitm/10-11/0640 dated 10th May Rs. 38600. But Mrp mentioned incl.of all taxes 36000. How can a laptop be overcharged.
