DELL inspiron 15R n5010 LAPTOP
Poor battery backup

Attery back up of my DELL inspiron 15R n5010 LAPTOP is very poor. apprx max be 1 hour

when i called to DELL customer care, then their representative say that " it is normal, "

if backup of battery is 1 hour then why Company mention 4 hour backup in menu while purchasing laptop's.

when i ask about the battery replacement under warranty, then DELL customer care''s representative say that its warranty is over...
