Disatisfaction toward quality

Sir

i just bought mercury monitor model no.1660twg (perfect view) on 28 may from nehru place.

after reaching home i find out that there a place where no display appears, it is small about 1.5mm or so, customer care refuge to help because of the size and dealer cant do any thing.

i am both desatisfies toward quality that how can they pass a defective as well as toward customer care.
