I WANT SEND LEGAL NOTICE TO DELL...

i have reported to dell head office (in banglore) that my desktop is not funtioning since two month. i have complaint about 10 or more times to service centre but i got no responce by the company.. the main thing is my system is under warrenty period.but they are not taking necessary action on my problem.

now my system is completly dump. so now i want replacement of my system as soon as possibly...
