Non Working of Touch Pad

I had purchased DOMO Slate N8. Initially for 2 months it worked properly. Suddenly the power button stopped working. IT stopped booting up. In spite of several complaints there is no proper reply received from the company.

Moreover the Warranty Period got expired last month (June).

Really fraud company. Never ever should go with this kind of companies.

Kindly help me to recover my amount against returning back the goods to them.
