When my daughter was using HP wireless mouse, with brand new pair of duracell batteries, suddenly there was a noise inside the mouse when she opened it one of the cells was leaking, and the mouse stopped working even after replacing with the new cells, in fact it was a brand new mouse of one day old... my daughter was shocked... it was quite unpleasant.it is not expected of a product from such a reputed company .please do the needful by replacing the cells and HP wireless mouse and corresponding accesories.
