ECS G31 M7 motherboard
Warranty not given

Dear sir,

I am Sreekumar. R from Thiruvananthapuram. I had purchased ECS G31T M7 Motherboard (Serial No: V 83100G91204412) from FEBA Computers, TC 13/751, Kunnukuzhi, TVM-35 (PH:0471 2449594) on 11 JULY.

My Motherboard shows some strange issues since APRIL.My system doesnt recognise USB Mouse, Memory card readers, mobile phone connected through data cable etc.(USB 1.1 Standard). But USB 2.0 pen drives and External Hard Disks are working perfectly fine. Another problem is that I have to enter the date and time in BIOS settings everytime when computer boots. I tried replacing the CMOS battery but invain.

I submitted my motherboard in Feba computers from where it purchased to claim warranty (ECS ensures a warranty period of 2 YEARS) on 19 APRIL and clearly described them about the errors in detail. The service personnel in Feba computers checked the motherboard and found that my claim is genuine. Then they send the product to SES Technologies Ltd in Cochin, the local dealer of ECS Motherboards in Kerala.

On 20 May they send back the product to me without repairing and the message is the warranty of my product has expired. Now I came to know that SES Technologies wind up their business in Kerala and the current dealer is Rashi Pheripherals. They are not willing to accept the product as it is not supplied by them. Please help me out of this situation
