Poor service - Non Delivery and No response/feedback

Very pathetic service by this website, ordered a Belkin case for 10 inch laptop >12 days ago, it is still not delivered, and nobody is bothered to give feedback. The courier status still shows shipped and they do not bother to make sure product is delivered, no contact no. provided of customer care, and keep raising tickets for complaints on which no action is taken. CHEATS
