Bad after sale service provided by epson

We have bought a A3 size T-1390 photo styles printer. It worked 2 months fiine and got some problem after two months we then send tha same to nearest service center (noida).. From that day to till now we dnt get printer repaired even more than 15 dayz are past away. Very very very poor service provided by epson...
