Telephone not working and speed is negligeble

Pawan kumar shah give us the insurance that the speed of our net connection will be 256mb but speed is just 50mb.

and now he is not even helping us and said that he if we complaint about tis to anyone he will not be get any problems regarding this.

and after 4-5 days of our connection the phone is also not working.

please take neccessary action regarding this person person so that no one else get cheated by this froud.

we called him 100 times but he never picked up our call.
