Misbehaving with th customer and also not giving Bill

Hi,

last year i have purchased LG Ramb from Asian Electronics authorised dealer of LG Computer West Delhi Uttam Nagar and at that time he didn't gave me bill or Challan for the same and few days back when my ramb is giving me some problem i asked him to change or replace the ramb and i also told him i don't have the bill i can tell u only the date of purchase as i assemble my complete Computer from him he start saying that it will take another 1 week, i said i need to change it now or u can take another 3-4 days but plz done that on priority basis as my work suffers so he refused to change and start saying ki i need to check the bill and only then i will try to change the ramb or else u can buy new LG Ramb he start using Abusive langauages and i log Complaint with police and after this he agree to change my LG Ramb and asked me to wait till this week . it seems that my problem is reoslve d but i want to complaint u ppl b'coz if such a good brand like LG is giving Authorization to some uneducated ppl and ppl who r doing Piracy as i have never seen LG Ramb as i have checked with other dealers they told me LG doesn't sold only Ramb in the market i think this is the case of cheatting and Piracy . iwa nt u ppl to look into this matter or i want to go to the Consumer cell
