Undue delay in changing Hard Disk

Sir,

A hard disk with Sr. No. S06QJ20A174583 was handed over at Samsung's Jalandhar Office under Work Order No.20HC1901 on 19/03 as the same was out of order. But it is regretted that till date no positive reponse is received from their end. Pl take necessary action in the matter.
