System is not opening and making sound

My desktop computer is not opening and on start it is making a alarming sound from last two days. Contacting to your customer sevice center at bhubaneswar, they advice me to lodge complain on customer care number i.e. 18601800425& 01202406105, but to my utter surprise, the number never connected from last two days. Hence this complin. Please do need full at an earliest.
