Sir,

I am ashish singh. I have purchased a new hcl laptop in 5 nov. After 25 days my new laptop have keyboarb prolem. MY hcl laptop have on side warrenty, I have complain in 2 Dec at 4:02pm, his given ticket no 1900142243, but no one visit, after two day i call customer care but no reply, In 9 dec again call customer care, his give again new ticket no 1900148752 at 3:31 pm, every day i was call customer care but no one can taken serious and my call send hold at 45 minute.

Sir ple suggest me what i am doing.
