Not Satisfy service with HCL

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Ganesh Negi purchase HCL Desktop Dual Core 2 with 2GB Ram & 320 GB Harddisk from HCL dealer located at Khar Mumbai on 22/06.
My Desktop Model No is EZEEBEETOP T 321 PDC, Machine No 3097AZ137300.
My system stop working & i call HCL service centre & a Engineere from Paths Enterprises Visited on 24th November'09. He checked & told me that there is SMPP & Mother Board Issue, so he took SMPP & Mother board & 2 GB Ram for Replacment & commited to me that it will get done in next 8 to 10 days. After 15 Days i started calling to Paths Enterprises continuosly for a week & finally they send the Replacement on 10th of December'09 along with their Engineer. But the most worst part was that the Replacement was only the Mother Board & 1 GB Ram which was also not working. Though they have Taken 2GB Ram why they have send 1GB Ram???
Secondly all my Daily offical work has been suffered a lot during all this process & still my System is Down. Before purchasing the Desktop the Dealer asured me a full support from HCL during the warranty period which i found very Pathatic & i am in a Deep Shit right know Bcoz all my Important data's are in the system & i am lossing my Business.
