Compalin about poor responce from service cente

Espected sir,

sir my self AKSHAY PALLEWAD pirchesed HCL ME series leaptop on 5th january. n sir since then my laptop's dvd drive has been not working .so i gave my laptop to service center in nagpur. then as per to rule they should repair my laptop within 1 or 2 weeks.but instead they took 1month.

after this case my motherboard was crashed.

for this to they took 1 month. just after reparing after few days later once again its crashed.and still they r taking time to repair.

sir service center of hcl in nagpur also dont pay attension towards this mater . whenever asked, by giving fake answers and try to ignore this matter.they always say your part is under repairing and it will take time.

being an engineering student i need my laptop by study purpose.if my laptop is not working for 4 monts in 1year time just after buying whats the use of laptop.so sir kindley pay attention towards this matter .and please try to solve this problem.this case has been looking like mental harrasment from service center
