They are not sending me the gift they promised

Previously also I have written several times on consumer complaints, but nothing has happened yet. I purchased a HCL laptop on 10th january while purchasing the dealer told me that i will receive a free gift by courier. But till now I did not received any thing, I called several times, even mailed several times to special promotions cell of hcl, but they never replied. Kindly look into the matter. The machine number of my laptop is A101AE332555. My contact number is 9310893466.
