They are not sending me the gift they promised

Previously also I have written several times on consumer complaints, but nothing has happened yet. I purchased a HCL laptop on 10th january while purchasing the dealer told me that i will receive a free gift by courier. But till now I did not received any thing, I called several times, even mailed several times to special promotions cell of hcl, but they never replied. Kindly look into the matter.
