Not working

Our Department (Public Health Engineering Department) is for essential and crucial services of water supply in Rajasthan and in this Department in all Rajasthan approx. 400 computers have been installed.

Refer our complaint regarding computers, recentally installed in our Department (Public Health Engineering, 2, civil Lines, Jacob Road, Jaipur) i.e. before 15 days, Computer is not working and a complaint booked in your company vide complaint No. JPR11060258 for early action. Till today it is still intact and the suffering the work in large scale. We have conveyed reminders to complaint Receptionist then after Mr. Hanumat and then after Mr. Vivek (M.No.9571888111) but no proper reponse. However, Mr. Vivek told us strangely that our complaint is not booked to come in the office for rectify the problem, but they don't talk about sending the concerned Engineer for the same.

Due to which many types of problems have been faced by the concerned officers and employees and even after many reminders they are not serious about the problem.

You are requested to take necessary and needful action in the matter by sending the Engineer immediately to rectify the same as the matter will be taken seriously for further delay.
