Eplacement of RAM

Sir, i have submitted complaint 2 times on consumer compalint forum against HCL computer and tech. My RAM was malfunctioning so an engineer has taken it for replacement but from last two months they took no notice about this concern. i am unable to complete my urgent project.if they will not notice that complaint then i have to turn consumer court. this is last time when i m registering complaint.
