HCL DESKTOP (4123AC366536)
NON RECEIPT OF COMMITTED GIFT

Sir i have a bought a HCL Desktop Sl. No. 4123AC366536 on 30 May 12 from SSDN INFOSOLUTION at Nehru Place. At the time of purchase they shown me offer of Reebok shoe. i have filled online form for redemtion of reebok shoes offer and sended a e mail with all relevent documents scan copies to specialpromotion and hcltouch.reg on 04 Jun 12 and i have waited for 12 days but i have not get any reebok shoe or any reply from HCL i again wrote a reminder on 16 Jun 12 but no action taken and i again wrote reminder on 24 jun 12 but same no acknowledgement or any initiative taken by HCL. I also reported this problem to customer care support and HCLTOUCH but no body help me. I have given call to SSDN infosolution on 22 Jun 12 from 1100 hrs to 1930 hrs approximately 15 calls but they have not agree to help me in this case. this is the story of HCL product.
